Cold Cold Cold

While the temperature hovers at the -20 degrees, we are all wishing we were south in the warm air of Mexico! Winnipeg had -40 plus the windchill which made it around - 60. YUCK!
We are off to Regina this weekend for another track meet and we plan on staying at Dave and Joy's for a visit. Then back to Outlook and I am at Teacher's Convention Monday and Tuesday. I am presenting on using technology in the classroom. This blogging is fun and I'm going to share the excitement about this technology!
We are heading for Kimberley after that and will be hitting the slopes Thursday. Matthew turns 15 on the 16th and he is quite excited!!
The only news from Outlook is that Jody Ogilvie (formerly Burke) was involved in a head on collision with a SuperB Semi this week. She suffered some horrible breaks and some internal injuries, but is, it seems, coming around and is expected to be okay. It will take a long time to heal but we are all so relieved that it wasn't worse.
